中国国际科技促进会期刊中心简介
中国国际科技促进会（简称“科促会”）成立于 1988 年，是经国务院科技领导小组批准、在民政部注册登记的全国性一级社会团体，具有联合国经社理事会特别咨商地位，党建工作由中央社会工作部主管。科促会以团结国内外科技工作者、促进科学技术发展与国际交流合作为宗旨，在标准化建设、科技成果评价、学术交流、国际合作等领域发挥着重要的桥梁纽带作用。
期刊中心是科促会下属负责学术期刊建设与出版管理的专业工作机构，依托科促会丰富的学术资源和国际交流网络，致力于推动我国科技期刊高质量发展，提升中国学术成果的国际传播力与影响力。
主要职能
- 期刊培育与运营：统筹推进科促会系统内学术期刊的创办、管理与质量提升，打造具有国际视野的科技期刊矩阵；
- 国际合作与交流：发挥科促会国际学术网络优势，与高等教育出版社等机构联合实施“国际科技期刊共育计划”，推动中外期刊合作、联合办刊与跨境学术传播；
- 学术成果出版服务：为分会、会员及科研人员提供论文发表、专著出版、会议论文集编纂等学术出版服务，与中国知网等数据库平台合作，促进学术成果的规范收录与广泛传播；
- 行业研究与政策对接：跟踪国家科技期刊发展政策，参与学术评价体系建设，开展期刊出版领域的专题研究与行业交流活动；
- 数字化与智能化转型：探索人工智能赋能出版的新路径，推进期刊数字化平台建设，提升学术出版的效率与服务能力。
期刊中心将秉承“开放、协同、卓越”的理念，以服务高水平科技自立自强为目标，努力构建兼具中国特色与国际影响力的学术出版平台，为促进中外科技交流、推动科技创新成果转化贡献力量。
About the Journal Center of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology
The China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology (CIAPST), founded in 1988, is a national first-level social organization approved by the Science and Technology Leading Group of the State Council and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. CIAPST holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and its party-building work is supervised by the Central Social Work Department. Guided by its mission to unite scientists and technologists at home and abroad, promote scientific and technological development, and advance international exchange and cooperation, CIAPST serves as a vital bridge in standardization, sci-tech achievement evaluation, academic exchange, and international collaboration.
The Journal Center is a specialized working body under CIAPST responsible for the development and publishing management of academic journals. Leveraging CIAPST's rich academic resources and international exchange network, the Center is committed to promoting the high-quality development of Chinese science journals and enhancing the international visibility and influence of Chinese academic output.
Core Functions
- Journal Development and Operation: Overseeing the founding, management, and quality improvement of academic journals within the CIAPST system, and building a matrix of science journals with an international perspective.
- International Cooperation and Exchange: Drawing on CIAPST's international academic network, jointly implementing the International Science Journal Co-Cultivation Program with partners such as Higher Education Press, and promoting Sino-foreign journal cooperation, joint publishing, and cross-border academic communication.
- Academic Publishing Services: Providing paper publication, monograph publishing, and conference proceedings compilation services for branches, members, and researchers; collaborating with databases such as CNKI to facilitate the standardized indexing and broad dissemination of academic output.
- Industry Research and Policy Alignment: Tracking national policies on science journal development, participating in the construction of academic evaluation systems, and conducting specialized research and industry exchange activities in academic publishing.
- Digital and Intelligent Transformation: Exploring new pathways for AI-empowered publishing, advancing the development of digital journal platforms, and improving the efficiency and service capacity of academic publishing.
Guided by the principles of openness, collaboration, and excellence, the Journal Center aims to serve the goal of high-level sci-tech self-reliance, build an academic publishing platform with both Chinese characteristics and international influence, and contribute to promoting Sino-foreign sci-tech exchange and the translation of scientific and technological innovations.
