三、投稿前准备
- 原创性声明：稿件须为作者原创，未正式发表，且未一稿多投。已在预印本平台（如 arXiv、bioRxiv）发布的稿件须在投稿时注明。
- 作者署名：所有署名作者均须对研究做出实质性贡献，符合国际医学期刊编辑委员会（ICMJE）作者标准。投稿后变更署名须提交全体作者签字的书面申请。
- 利益冲突声明：所有作者须声明可能影响研究客观性的利益关系，包括资金资助、商业关联、竞争关系等。
- 伦理审批：涉及人体或动物实验的研究，须提供伦理审查委员会批准文件及知情同意证明。
四、稿件格式
- 题目：简明扼要，中文 ≤20 字，英文 ≤15 词，避免使用非标准缩写。
- 作者信息：列出全部作者姓名、单位、城市、邮编、国家及通讯作者邮箱。
- 摘要：中文 ≤300 字，英文 ≤250 词，结构化摘要须包含目的、方法、结果、结论四部分。
- 关键词：3—5 个，优先使用主题词表中的规范术语。
- 正文：一般包括引言（Introduction）、方法（Methods）、结果（Results）、讨论（Discussion）、结论（Conclusion）。
- 图表：分辨率 ≥300 dpi，线条图 ≥600 dpi；每张图表单独编号，附中英文图题／表题；图表须在正文中引用，数据来源明确标注。
- 参考文献：采用所投期刊指定格式（如 APA、Vancouver、GB/T 7714），确保每条文献信息完整、可追溯。近 5 年文献占比建议 ≥50%。
- 补充材料：支持在线发表补充数据、代码、视频等，须在正文中明确标注。
五、投稿流程
- 在线投稿：登录期刊中心官网投稿系统，按提示上传稿件及相关材料；
- 技术审查（3 个工作日内）：检查格式规范、完整性及重复率；
- 编辑初审（5 个工作日内）：评估选题相关性与学术质量，决定是否送审；
- 同行评议（4—8 周）：至少两位同行专家双盲评审；
- 作者修改：作者须在规定期限内返回修改稿及逐条回复信；
- 终审（1—2 周）：主编及编委会最终决定；
- 录用通知：发送录用函及校样安排。
六、审稿决定
编辑可能做出以下决定：
- 录用（Accept）：无需修改或仅需小幅修改即可发表；
- 小修（Minor Revision）：需做少量修改后复审；
- 大修（Major Revision）：需做实质性修改后重新评审；
- 拒稿（Reject）：不符合期刊要求或存在严重问题。
七、学术诚信
- 学术不端：严禁抄袭剽窃、数据造假、图片篡改、重复发表、不当署名、操纵同行评议、“论文工厂”等学术不端行为，一经查实实行“零容忍”。
- AI 工具使用声明：使用人工智能工具（如 ChatGPT、大型语言模型）辅助写作的作者，须在投稿时如实声明工具名称、使用范围及介入程度。AI 不得列为作者。
- 数据可用性：鼓励作者在论文发表后公开研究数据与代码，支持学术验证与可重复性研究。
八、版权与开放获取
- 论文录用后，作者须签署出版协议。期刊享有论文的出版权与信息网络传播权。
- 期刊支持开放获取（Open Access），作者可选择：订阅模式——论文经订阅渠道传播；开放获取模式——论文即时免费开放阅读，作者支付文章处理费（APC）。
- 作者可在个人主页或机构知识库存储论文最终录用版（Accepted Manuscript），须注明原出处及链接。
九、出版流程
- 校样（Proofreading）：录用后发送 PDF 校样，作者须在 48 小时内返回更正；
- 在线优先出版（Online First）：校样确认后优先在线发表；
- 卷期出版：编入当期正刊，分配 DOI 及页码。
十、出版后服务
- 更正与撤稿：如发现已发表论文存在重大错误或学术不端，将按国际出版伦理委员会（COPE）指南发布更正（Erratum）或撤稿（Retraction）声明。
- 文章传播：期刊通过官网、社交媒体、学术数据库等渠道推广发表成果，提升论文影响力。

1. About the Journal
Journals under the Journal Center of the China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology are committed to publishing high-quality, original academic research and promoting international scientific exchange and collaboration. The journals operate a rigorous peer review system to ensure the academic quality and ethical standards of published work.
2. Article Types

3. Before Submission
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original, not formally published elsewhere, and not under simultaneous consideration. Manuscripts previously posted on preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, bioRxiv) must be declared at submission.
- Authorship: All listed authors must have made substantial contributions conforming to the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) authorship criteria. Any change in authorship after submission requires a signed written request from all authors.
- Conflict of Interest: All authors must declare any interests that could affect the objectivity of the research, including funding sources, commercial affiliations, and competitive relationships.
- Ethical Approval: Research involving human or animal subjects must provide documentation of ethical review board approval and informed consent.
4. Manuscript Format
- Title: Concise and informative, ≤20 Chinese characters or ≤15 English words. Avoid non-standard abbreviations.
- Author Information: List all authors' full names, affiliations, city, postal code, country, and corresponding author's email.
- Abstract: ≤300 Chinese characters or ≤250 English words. Structured abstracts must include Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Keywords: 3–5 keywords, preferably using standardized terms from the relevant thesaurus.
- Main Text: Generally includes Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- Figures and Tables: Resolution ≥300 dpi; line art ≥600 dpi; each figure/table numbered sequentially with bilingual captions; all figures/tables must be cited in the text with clear data sources.
- References: Formatted according to the journal's specified style (e.g., APA, Vancouver, GB/T 7714). Ensure complete, traceable information for each reference. At least 50% of references should be from the past 5 years.
- Supplementary Materials: Online publication of supplementary data, code, and videos is supported. Must be clearly indicated in the main text.
5. Submission Process
- Online Submission: Log in to the Journal Center's online submission system and upload the manuscript and supporting materials;
- Technical Screening (within 3 working days): Format compliance, completeness, and plagiarism check;
- Editorial Assessment (within 5 working days): Evaluate topical relevance and academic quality to decide whether to send for review;
- Peer Review (4–8 weeks): At least two peer experts conducting double-blind review;
- Revision: Authors must return revised manuscripts with point-by-point response letters within the specified deadline;
- Final Decision (1–2 weeks): Final decision by the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board;
- Acceptance Notification: Acceptance letter and proofreading arrangements sent.
6. Editorial Decisions
Editors may render the following decisions:
- Accept: Ready for publication with no or minor changes;
- Minor Revision: Small changes required before re-assessment;
- Major Revision: Substantial changes required before re-review;
- Reject: Does not meet journal requirements or has serious issues.
7. Academic Integrity
- Misconduct: Plagiarism, data fabrication, image manipulation, duplicate publication, improper authorship, manipulation of peer review, and "paper mills" are strictly prohibited. A "zero tolerance" policy is enforced upon verification.
- AI Tool Declaration: Authors using artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, large language models) to assist in writing must truthfully declare the tool name, scope of use, and degree of involvement at submission. AI may not be listed as an author.
- Data Availability: Authors are encouraged to make research data and code publicly available after publication to support academic verification and reproducible research.
8. Copyright and Open Access
- Upon acceptance, authors must sign a publishing agreement. The journal holds publication rights and information network dissemination rights.
- The journal supports Open Access (OA). Authors may choose: Subscription Model — article disseminated through subscription channels; Open Access Model — article immediately freely available upon publication, with an Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by the authors.
- Authors may deposit the Accepted Manuscript on personal homepages or institutional repositories, provided the original source and link are acknowledged.
9. Publication Process
- Proofreading: PDF proofs sent after acceptance; authors must return corrections within 48 hours;
- Online First: Article published online first after proof confirmation;
- Issue Publication: Assigned to a regular issue with DOI and page numbers.
10. Post-Publication
- Corrections and Retractions: If significant errors or academic misconduct are found in published articles, correction (Erratum) or retraction (Retraction) statements will be issued following the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
- Article Promotion: The journal promotes published work through the official website, social media, and academic databases to enhance article impact.
