期刊中心英文期刊投审稿系统正式上线运行Journal Center's English-Language Journal Manuscript Submission and Peer Review System Officially Launched
为深入贯彻落实国家关于推进科技期刊数字化转型的部署要求，进一步提升英文科技期刊编辑出版效率，优化作者投稿与专家审稿体验，经过需求调研、系统开发、试运行测试等环节，近日，期刊中心英文期刊投审稿系统正式上线运行。
该系统覆盖中心所有英文科技期刊，采用国际主流出版平台架构，具备功能完善、操作便捷、安全稳定等特点。系统支持在线投稿、稿件分配、同行评议、编辑加工、校样处理、稿件状态实时查询等全流程功能，实现了稿件从投稿到发表的全生命周期数字化管理。作者可通过各期刊官网 "投稿入口" 注册账号并提交稿件，随时查询审理进度；审稿专家可在线接收评审邀请、提交评审意见；编辑部可实现稿件批量处理、进度提醒、数据统计等精细化管理。
系统上线前，期刊中心组织全体编辑人员开展了操作培训，确保编辑熟练掌握系统各项功能。同时，中心已在各期刊官网发布投稿指南和系统使用说明，方便作者和审稿专家快速上手。
期刊中心相关负责人表示，投审稿系统的正式上线是中心推进期刊数字化建设的重要举措，将有效缩短稿件处理周期，提升出版效率和服务质量。下一步，中心将根据使用反馈持续优化系统功能，逐步拓展 ORCID 对接、Crossref 注册、移动端适配等增值服务，为广大作者、审稿专家和读者提供更加优质高效的学术出版服务。
To further implement national initiatives for the digital transformation of scientific journals, enhance editorial and publishing efficiency, and improve the experience for authors and reviewers, the Journal Center's English-language journal manuscript submission and peer review system has officially launched following needs assessment, system development, and pilot testing.
The system covers all English-language journals hosted by the Center. Built on an internationally recognized publishing platform architecture, it features comprehensive functionality, user-friendly operation, and robust security. The system supports end-to-end workflows including online submission, manuscript assignment, peer review, copyediting, proof handling, and real-time status tracking, enabling full-lifecycle digital management of manuscripts from submission to publication. Authors may register and submit manuscripts through the "Submit" portal on each journal's website and monitor review progress at any time; reviewers can receive review invitations and submit reports online; editorial staff can perform batch processing, send automated progress reminders, and access detailed data analytics for refined management.
Prior to launch, the Journal Center organized hands-on training for all editorial staff to ensure proficiency with the system's full range of functions. In addition, submission guidelines and system user guides have been published on each journal's website to help authors and reviewers get started quickly.
A representative of the Journal Center noted that the official launch of the submission and peer review system represents a significant step in the Center's digitalization efforts, effectively shortening manuscript processing times and improving publishing efficiency and service quality. Going forward, the Center will continue to optimize system functionality based on user feedback, with planned enhancements including ORCID integration, Crossref registration, and mobile-responsive design, delivering increasingly high-quality and efficient academic publishing services to authors, reviewers, and readers worldwide.
